Chess Bishop Impossible Passthrough

Here’s the Passthrough Bishop—tournament-sized and ready for the board. It follows the same design principles as the rest of the set: a clean two-part build with it being passthrough right off the bed. No sanding, no glue, no hassle—just print, assemble, and you’re done. 

The silhouette keeps the classic bishop profile, complete with the sloped top and diagonal cut, but adds that passthrough detail to give it a more dynamic look. It’s a clean, satisfying print and fits right in with the rest of the impossible chess lineup.

• Layer height: 0.12 mm (required)
• Infill: 20%
• Wall loops: 3

Support Settings:

• Type: Tree (auto)
• Remove small overhangs: On
• Support critical regions only: On
• On build plate only: On
• Top Z distance: 0.14–0.15 mm

 

This set of models took about 100 hours of testing troubleshooting and modeling as well as around 40$ of filament to make, a boost to show support would always be appreciated.
