🧱 Bill of Materials (BOM)
To complete one coat rack unit, you’ll need:

πŸ–¨ 4x 3D printed parts (2 brackets, each made from 2 parts)
🌳 1x beechwood rod – 30 Γ— 30 mm, length 950 mm
πŸ”© 4x 4 Γ— 20 mm screws – to fasten the wood rod to the brackets
πŸ”© 1x M4 Γ— 60 mm screw + nut – for assembling the upper part of each bracket
πŸ”© 1x M4 Γ— 30 mm screw + nut – for assembling the lower part of each bracket
πŸ”© 2x 4,5 Γ— 70 mm screws + Ø6 mm wall plugs – for wall mounting

All parts are easy to source from your local hardware or DIY store.

Print the bracket parts
 ‒ Material: PETG
 ‒ Supports required
 ‒ Infill: 15–30% recommended
 ‒ Layer height: 0.2 mm

Assemble the two brackets
 ‒ Connect each pair of printed parts using:
  – 1x M4 Γ— 60 mm screw + nutΒ 
  – 1x M4 Γ— 30 mm screw + nutΒ

Prepare and attach the wooden rod
 ‒ Cut the 30 Γ— 30 mm wood rod to 950 mm (or any desired length)
 ‒ Fix it to the brackets using 4x 4 Γ— 20 mm screwsΒ

Mount to the wall
 ‒ Mark wall holes using bracket slots
 ‒ Drill Ø6 mm holes and insert wall plugs
 ‒ Mount the rack with 2x 4,5 Γ— 70 mm screws
