To complete one coat rack unit, youβll need:
π¨ 4x 3D printed parts (2 brackets, each made from 2 parts)
π³ 1x beechwood rod β 30 Γ 30 mm, length 950 mm
π© 4x 4 Γ 20 mm screws β to fasten the wood rod to the brackets
π© 1x M4 Γ 60 mm screw + nut β for assembling the upper part of each bracket
π© 1x M4 Γ 30 mm screw + nut β for assembling the lower part of each bracket
π© 2x 4,5 Γ 70 mm screws + Γ6 mm wall plugs β for wall mounting
All parts are easy to source from your local hardware or DIY store.

π Assembly Instructions
Print the bracket parts
ββ’ Material: PETG
ββ’ Supports required
ββ’ Infill: 15β30% recommended
ββ’ Layer height: 0.2 mm

Assemble the two brackets
ββ’ Connect each pair of printed parts using:
βββ 1x M4 Γ 60 mm screw + nutΒ
βββ 1x M4 Γ 30 mm screw + nutΒ

Prepare and attach the wooden rod
ββ’ Cut the 30 Γ 30 mm wood rod to 950 mm (or any desired length)
ββ’ Fix it to the brackets using 4x 4 Γ 20 mm screwsΒ

Mount to the wall
ββ’ Mark wall holes using bracket slots
ββ’ Drill Γ6 mm holes and insert wall plugs
ββ’ Mount the rack with 2x 4,5 Γ 70 mm screws
