AMS Filament Label Bracket

This bracket is designed to hold the excellent filament labels by Filament Dry Box Hinged Label (Go check them out!)

AMS Filament Label Bracket (The first Print Profile)

 

This bracket takes only 19grams of filament and prints in 45 minutes!

 

It requires the easy removal of the AMS lid catch using the little hex key provided by BambuLab. When this lid catch is removed be careful not to lose the small white gaskets which provide some cushioning to the fit between the catch and the AMS lid. Once removed squeeze the catch into the semi-circle gap on the bracket and then simply re-attach the catch with the screws. Job done!

 

The filament labels simply push-fit onto the bracket.

The Second Print Profile

The second print profile was developed because of a request by @ScubaPilot. This has prompted the redesign of this bracket to facilitate the filament labels used in Utopia 4L Cereal Box  

 

These labels…

 

These labels can be slid sideways into the clip or pushed onto the clip from the front giving a very satisfying ‘CLICK’. They fit snug but can still slide sideways for positioning or removing.
