Chemistry Lab Solution/Beaker labels

 

Introducing my all-new Beaker/Solution hanging label set for chemistry experiments.

Allows you to better keep track of your chemicals/solutions during experiments. These labels are compatible with 50-1,000mL beakers and other flasks, test tubes, and graduated cylinders with 1.75" [44.5mm] or larger openings.

Label is designed to hang from the rim of a container and has a groove for a rubber band to hold the label securely in place  if desired.

 

• Print from PLA or PETG ~65g material for all 22 labels (~3g per label)

• Total print time ~2.3 hours for PLA and ~3 hours for PETG
• Prints without supports
• Approximate dimensions for each label: 0.8"W x 0.7"D x 1.6"H [20mmW x 17mmD x 41mmH]
• Fits containers with 1.75" [44.5mm] or larger opening
• 22 different labels:
  • Acid, Base, Solvent, Waste
  • Digits 0-9
  • Letters A-G
  • Blank (customizable that you can write on it)

Note: If your solutions are PH neutral or mild acid/base/oxidizer the PLA is a good option. If you have stronger acid/base/oxidizer/etc. solutions I recommend printing from PETG. Poly Propylene [PP] would also be a good material choice if you have the capability to print from that material.

 

Why use these solution labels?

When preforming experiments where there are multiple solutions that all look similar and you need to keep track of which one is which, these labels can help to cleanly identify your solutions. With over 120 possible combinations of 2 digits you can uniquely label your solutions for easy identification.
