This print conveniently allows you to store your extra H2D/H2S nozzles on your printers front door. You will need four 4x2mm round magnets. Please see BoM.
Assembly:
Select the print profile you want to use. There are two options:
First option - User needs to glue the magnets in place after printing the part.
I recommend this option because it is easier to determine the correct polarity of the magnets prior to gluing them in place. I determined that the polarity matters for some reason after my initial prototype was repelling one nozzle.
Second option - Pause the print at layer 19 (right above the first top layer of the magnet pocket) to put the magnets in and then hit resume.
If you choose this option, please be absolutely positive that you are putting the magnets in with the correct polarity. You will need to reprint the part and try again if the magnets are installed incorrectly.
After printing the part and the magnets are properly installed, remove the two M2 screws on the top left side of the H2D door with a 2mm hex key.
3. Line up the holes on nozzle organizer with the rubber grommet collars on the door. The rubber grommet should seat itself through the holes on the part and protrude past the holes. The plastic ledge is only 0.4mm thick, while the grommet sits 1mm above the glass. You can verify that the rack is on correctly if it stays on the door by itself.
4. Reinstall the screws and place your nozzles on the organizer! Do not over tighten.
