Boost MeI really appreciate it — if you like what I've produced, let me know by boosting and I'll keep at it!
Why This Exists
Most printed headphone hooks snap, slip, or sag. I redesigned the genre from scratch—no fragile arms, no cosmetic gimmicks. Just unapologetic strength, bold geometry, and the polish you expect.
Key Features
- Two Hooks, One Clamp – park your primary headset up top and stash loose cables on the lower arm.
- Engineered for Strength – 6 perimeter walls + 15 % adaptive cubic infill
- Chamfered Everywhere, Filleted Where It Counts – crisp styling where you see it; generous radii in every high‑stress corner to diffuse load and prevent layer tear‑out.
- Full‑Foot Contact Clamp Pad – a broad, flat pressure plate spreads force evenly across the underside of the desk, protecting both clamp and desktop.
- Ergonomic Thumb Wheel – smooth star grip makes tightening or releasing effortless.
- Universal-ish Fit – clamp is tall enough for 35 mm thick desktops (measure yours to be sure). If you need thicker, let me know.
Assembly & Hardware
- Print the clamp body, thumb screw and screw head.
- Insert thumb screw into the clamp body and screw clockwise
- Optionally add a thin sticky pad or a strip of electrical tape to the clamp pad and upper jaw for glass‑smooth desks.
Usage Tips
- Tighten until the clamp pad is firmly seated—no need to over‑torque.
- For ultra‑slick laminates, use double‑sided tape on the pad for extra grip.
- The lower hook is perfect for secondary cans, random things, VR straps, or cable management.
Boost MeCreative turned CAD obsessive—I don’t replicate, I refine. If a design doesn't look right, work hard, and stand up to pressure, it never leaves my desk. Guided by strong geometry, purposeful function, and bold aesthetics, I reject fragile prints and hollow gestures. Every point earned here fuels more test filament and the next‑gen Bambu upgrade, further pushing the bar higher.
