Description
Here's a lovely and easy to print Art Deco frame. I've designed a backing to go with it--the front face of the frame and the backing use eight 6x1.5mm magnets to stick together, although you can skip the magnets and just use double-sided tape if you'd rather. There's a keyhole on the side of the backing so you can hang this on the wall. It takes a regular nail, rather than a picture hanging nail. I've also found that this is light enough that you can skip the nail and just hang it on a wall using a Command Strip.
There are two versions: one uses an AMS, but there is almost no waste as I've reduced the flushing volume to 0 and turned off the prime tower. It doesn't matter if the colors bleed a bit as they change, as you won't notice. The other version is a single color, which also looks nice. But if you really want to make it look special, I highly recommend becoming acquainted with Rub-n-Buff! There is a picture above of the black frame after I used pewter Rub-n-Buff. It takes all of 1 minute and really adds some drama! It comes in many shades of metallic and widely available online.
The picture opening is 4x6 (approximately). Please be aware that if you resize this frame it will change the sizing of the magnet holes.
