🔧 Bigger Hoses, Same Reliable Grip!
By popular demand, this scaled-up version of my original clamp for range 25-40 mm maintains the robust PLA design but now fits 60-80mm diameters.

 

⚠ Key Notes:
For reliable performance, stay within 60-80mm.
• Smaller hoses? May work partially below 60mm (untested – share your results!).
• Same safety rules apply – Avoid pressure systems, flammables, or automotive use.

• Cylindrical Surfaces Only: Ensure the hose is round where clamped – uneven surfaces cause weak spots!
• Assembly Matters: The "house" block must fully seat into the band groove. Test-fit before tightening!
