Description
My friend commissioned me to design some corner cube clamps that could be used to make a spray booth out of readily available cheap sheet material, only requiring that you cut a small notch at the corner. These cubes use a double ball joint on the screw so they'll self adjust to whatever thickness of stock you want to use, up to ¼"/6.3mm. Tiles are included as well in case whatever material you use for the bottom sags at all, though honestly I've generally not found I need them, but they're there as an option. Also included is a Gridfinity storage bin (using the Gridfinity Refined standard by grizzie17) to store everything neatly.
The cubes, tiles, and bin can all be printed at a normal 0.2mm profile with a 0.4mm nozzle, but for best results I'd recommend printing the thumbscrews and bottom screws at 0.12 or 0.16mm profile, as I have them plated in my 3mf. If using my 3mf, note that you only need to print one of the two plates, depending on which kind of screw you want to use.
The only hardware needed on your end is either M3x50 SHCS or M3x50 FHCS, M3 heatset inserts (i used 5.7mm long ones but really any M3 heatsets should work), and whatever material you have on hand to make the booth with.
