P-51D Desk Fan

Overview

P-51D desk fan that keeps you cool and looks good!  All electronic parts are sourced from the Maker's Beginner Kit (linked below in Bill of Materials).

Filament

• Bambu Lab PLA Black
• Bambu Lab PLA Silver
• Bambu Lab PLA White
• Bambu Lab PLA Gold
• Bambu Lab PLA Blue

Operation

The fan is operated by a switch on the base

Assembly

NOTE: IF THE FAN IS BLOWING AIR IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AFTER INSTALL, FLIP THE WIRE CONNECTIONS TO THE OPPOSITE TERMINAL TO REVERSE POLARITY OF THE ELECTRONICS

• Add AAA terminal plates & springs to battery case per Bambu Lab's beginner kit guide (attached PDF)
• Add on/off switch to battery case per Bambu Lab's beginner kit guide (same attached PDF)

• Add battery case to upper base housing

• Add stand to upper base housing

• Route wire through stand and into upper housing.  Connect wire to battery case terminals.

• Install lower base housing to close out the base.

• Mount LEFT HAND fuselage to the stand

• Route wire through fuselage tunnel.  Connect to electric motor.

• Install RIGHT HAND fuselage with connector

• Install horizontal tail

• Install wings (press forward end of wing into the fuselage slot first.  Then push in the aft end of the wing into the fuselage slot)

• Install propeller onto electric motor

• Enjoy!
