NEW Sunlu Spool Essentials Kit that Supports Bambu Lab Filament Refills

• For Use with the Revised V3 Sunlu Spools - They Have Small Uniform Holes compared to their prior Sunlu Spools with Larger Non-Uniform Holes
• Print All Pieces With Higher Temperature Filaments to Prevent Warping When Drying (Change in Filament Settings on Handy or BambuSlicer)
• The Refill Shim, Spool Lock, and Filament Clip can be used by itself or all together.

Bambu Filament Refill Shim: For Use with Official Bambu Lab Refills

Prevents Wobble and Loose Spools When Using Bambu Lab Refills on the NEW Sunlu Refillable Spools

Print Instructions: Wait Until Build Plate Completely Cools before removing Shim to Prevent Warping

Assembly Instructions: (Follow Sunlu/Bambu Refill Guides but Insert the Shim Before Filament Refill)

1. Insert the Shim Directly Onto the Spool by Aligning the Shim with the Notch on the Sunlu Spool
2. Ensure the Shim Sits Flush against the Spool
3. Place the Bambu Refill With the Notch Side Directly on Top of the Refill Shim/Spool
4. Grab the Other Half of the Sunlu Spool and Align the Arrows to Twist and Securely Lock both halves, Twist till you feel a Slight Click/Bump

 

Spool Lock: Prevents your Spool from Unwinding by itself: 

For Use with Sunlu & Bambu Lab Filament Refills

Assembly Instructions:

• To Install, Insert the Lock Below the Notch at an angle and gently push till flush.
• To Remove, Slide the Shim out and Tip the Spool Over to obtain the Lock.

 

SUNLU Filament Clips:

For Use When Storing, Drying, and Printing without Damaging your Filament

Compatible with AMS, AMS 2 PRO, AMS HT

Assembly Instructions:

1. Align and Snap on - May require some force for Secure Installation
2. If it doesn't Snap on, remove and reinsert at a different angle

NOTE:

• Certain Clips may go in Easier due to Variances in the Sunlu Spool Production
• NOTE* If the Clips are Loose Due to Tolerancing, please calibrate your printer's flow, temperature, and/or machine calibrations to prevent jams in the AMS 2 Pro/HT
• Alternatively* a Small Dab of CA Glue into the pins will keep the Clip Permanently Secured - Ensure Proper Filament is Used
• Printing with the Clips installed is Supported as long as they stay on tightly
