V3 - July 2025

• Remodeled the design to fit the A1 Mini using a 3x2 configuration and slightly different proportions
• Changed direction of all versions bridging to reduce potential binding of the sliding mechanism - thanks to rnmonteiro for sharing their experience
• Added a test piece so you can test the mechanism quickly and with minimal filament, to be confident that the whole print will work well

V2 - June 2025

• Redesigned the checklist tracker to be in a 6x1 configuration and added a print profile - thanks to leswiss for their request

Instructions

Simply print your own reminder cards, then laminate and trim them to: 

• 55mm wide x 70mm tall for the 4x2 configuration
• 45mm wide x 52mm tall for the 3x2 A1 Mini configuration

I have attached a PDF of the icons I used for the 4x2 configuration.

Installation is a breeze – wall-mount it using Velcro stickers. We've even hidden the card-replacement slide on the back for a clean, seamless look.
