Flexible Fan Tube

I had a few of these portable fans that are worn on your belt under a shirt and thought it would be nice to use on the baby stroller. I made a flexible tube so that the fan can be clipped to the stroller and aimed at the baby on a hot day to keep him cool. There is also a Y splitter to direct the air in different directions. The base cylinder can be resized if needed to fit similar fans. I made it so it is a snug fit and holds the tube firmly in place.
