Description
🍬Candy PUNCHER🍬 is not your typical candy dispenser.
While most dispensers rely on the familiar knob-twisting mechanism, I wanted to create something more intuitive and satisfying something you can punch! This design uses a vertically actuated button to release candy, offering a playful, arcade-like experience.
The challenge? There was almost no reference for how to design such a mechanism.
I spent weeks developing and refining a unique piston-based dispensing system, ensuring that each press delivers just the right amount of candy.
One feature I’m especially proud of is the front viewing window, made from a repurposed PET bottle. It’s a small but fun nod to upcycling and sustainability.
From internal mechanics to outer charm, Candy PUNCHER is the result of many hours of experimentation and passion. I hope it delivers a smile with every press!

The spring must be printed with PETG.
While PLA can be used, it tends to deform quickly, causing looseness in the button mechanism.
I've been working on this every single day since the contest began.
My hope is that many people will try it, enjoy it, and share their ideas for improvement.
