Ridge Saw Guard Spacer MS1290LZ PN 820725-01

This is a replacement blade guard spacer for Ridgid MS1290LZA & MS1290LZ1 12 inch sliding miter saws.  Part number 820725-01 on the parts list.  Ridgid no longer makes these.  Once they fail, the blade guard will get stuck and bend the black metal bar. 

Print solid and with random seams, so they are not aligned. Also use the minimum layer height you can.  I used 0.08mm.  I suggest you print in something that is durable in sun, like ASA.  In my basement the test PLA spacers work fine.  ABS may be too brittle and I did not try it.
