Samsung Galaxy S25 Hexagon case v2.1 - Smartphone

This is my third Samsung Galaxy S25 case - Hexagon - version 2.1

No support is required in the slicer settings :-)

The yellow parts in the second picture are the supports for easy printing and must be removed after. Removing can be easy or sometimes a little difficult depending on the material and printer.

Version v2.1 (1,6 mm thickness) changes:
Camera cutout and Microphone holes optimized.
Maybe it needs still small improvements - please give me feedback.

I use filament TPU shore 95A and slicer temperatures -> nozzle: 220 °C, bed: 50 °C. For a good TPU print the filament should be dry.

Dies ist meine dritte Samsung Galaxy S25 Hülle - Hexagon - Version 2.1

In den Slicer Einstellungen ist keine Unterstützung erforderlich :-)

Die gelben Teile im zweiten Bild dienen lediglich als Stützen zum einfachen Drucken und müssen anschließend entfernt werden. Das Entfernen kann je nach Material und Drucker einfach oder manchmal etwas schwierig sein
 

Version v2.1 (1,6 mm dicke) Änderungen:
Kameraausschnitt und Mikrofonlöcher optimiert.
Vielleicht bedarf es noch kleine Verbesserungen – gebe mir bitte Feedback.

Ich benutzte Filament TPU härte 95A und Slicer Temperaturen -> Düse: 220 °C, Bed: 50 °C. Für einen guten TPU-Druck sollte das Filament trocken sein.
