Custom Drop-In MLOK Handguard

This print profile features a custom made handguard meant to fit on the bottom half of Magpul’s Mid-Length MOE Handguard.  The end caps lock into a delta ring and a triangular handguard end cap.   I designed it in SolidWorks and I just recently printed a successful model and it fits great on my rifle.  I printed in PETG as a test run and I plan on printing in PA6 later on for durability purposes.

 

I suggest printing out the end caps first to see how they fit on your set up before printing the final version to save filament.  I thought about adding the Rifle-Length and Carbine-Length versions of this handguard to this profile as well, but I would need someone that has those sizes to give me the correct dimensions.  Though I do plan on uploading some more customized versions of this in the future (Probably a skeletonized version).
