Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller mushroom stand

Nintendo Switch 1 and 2 pro controller toadstool stand 

Designed with the new Switch 2 Pro controller in mind, this controller stand has been modelled on a Super Mario toad stool, including the 1up toadstool as a second print profile.  

 

This fits the original Pro controller too, as you can see by the photos. 

 

UPDATE 22/6/25 - Updated the body on the red profile to give better shaped eyes, with more distance between them.

Printing

This is set on two plates, one with the mushroom top and the other with the body. 

 

I've uploaded profiles for red and green toads, but you can print in whatever colours you'd like. For the body, you can use anything remotely beige! 

Assembly 

Some glue is required to join the body and the top together. Before gluing though, you need to remove the support material. 

 

First off, remove the small amount of support from the bottom of the parts, this comes away easy enough, tidy up with a burr remover if needed. 

 

Next, remove the centre support from the multi coloured mushroom top, this is actually very satisfying when it comes out in one pull! - I used my trusty micro pliers and pulled out cleanly on both prints. 

 

 

Now you can glue the two pieces together (I used superglue), put some glue on the flat (soon to be hidden part) of the body and put the colourful mushroom part on top, I used the bottom of the white circle on the top to align between the two eyes on the body. Ensure when gluing that the front part is facing forward!

 

Let the glue set, once dry, you can now use your new controller stand.
