(In the BOM I included a spring from Bambulab, if you can't buy from them, most small springs will do the job. The 8mm radius is probably the size you will want, but in my design I made it so you could go all the way up to a 12mm radius(about 0.5 inches) For the length, you could definitely use a spring longer than 20mm, the max I would go is probably 35mm or around 1.5 inches in length. You could probably go to a local hardware store or amazon an buy a variety pack of springs to determine what will work best for you. Also, you could probably buy the 12mm stainless steel balls at most places, they are pretty standard and mostly referred to as “bearing balls.”)
