WeaveEZ – Weaving Loom Kit

When my daughter first tried weaving at school, she loved it — and asked for a loom of her own for her birthday. Sure, they're not super expensive to buy, but honestly... printing it yourself is way more satisfying.

It may have started as a kids' project, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself getting hooked too. There's something oddly satisfying about sitting down and quietly weaving little strips of yarn into colorful mini-creations. It's like analog zen.

WeaveEZ is a child-friendly, ready-to-use weaving loom designed for strength, ease of use, and fast printing. (You'll just need some warp thread to string the frame and yarn for weaving.)

Besides the thread and yarn, it’s a complete set that includes:

• a rectangular loom with smooth, uninterrupted walls,
• a strong comb (for pressing threads),
• a durable shuttle, and
• a weaving rocker to simplify the over-under pattern.

🛠️ Print-friendly by design

No supports needed — all parts are optimized for strength and "print and play" use right off the bed.
 

Thanks to the clean, straight walls and filament-saving contours, the model is also very easy to print.

All parts fit on a standard 3D printer bed. No assembly required.

Weaving/loom frame: 178 × 250  mm

One of my early prototypes warped slightly in a corner, so I added small discs under each corner of the loom to help prevent that during printing. You can snap them off after the print is done.
