Please be aware of the needed PLA support interface layer! Otherwise support removal is very hard and the surface won't be smooth

Added Optional washers if you don't want to cut the screws as print profile

 

So you finally gridfinitied your Ikea Alex but now you can't pull the goddamn drawer out all the way.

Replace your Ikea Alex side drawer boards to finally get full-extension drawers.  

 

Is much filament used? Yes

Is it still worth it? Yes I definately think so!

 

Use the disassembly tool. This makes things much easier. Also only tighten very slightly and cut excess screw lentgh, otherwise the drawer will be blocked.
