AquaRoll – Wheeled Pool Vacuum Head

A simple but effective pool vacuum head with a single wheel – designed for easy maneuvering and to prevent suction lock on the pool floor.
The body was printed in ABS, but ASA and PETG also work well. All edges are fully rounded to protect the pool liner from scratches or damage.
Tested with a 32 mm inner-diameter flexible pool hose (~4 meters long) in a 10 m³ pool – full cleaning of the floor took about 10 minutes.
The design provides just enough weight and clearance to glide smoothly without sticking, while efficiently sucking up debris.

🟡 Note: The prototype was printed in yellow, but this color tends to attract insects. A blue, white, or light gray version is recommended for optimal outdoor use.
