Armadillo

What's that soft rustling sound coming from the underbrush? It's a tiny little armadillo friend! And he has come to brighten your day and bring smiles everywhere he is placed. Keep him on a counter as a small companion, or place him in a houseplant to snuffle in the vegetation. 

I sculpted this 9-banded armadillo in Blender and here his is for your enjoyment! After printing, I hand-painted him with Turner Acryl Gouache paint. He is a very tactile model, and has a lot of texture… it is very satisfying to run your fingers over his bumps and ridges. 

Here are the settings that I used for a 0.2 nozzle on my Bambu Lab P1P:

Layer Height: 0.06mm with 0.1mm base layer
Infill: 15% (Gyroid)
Supports: Automatic Supports, Snug
