Description
This Switch 2 cover is inspired by the Sheikah Eye, a recurring symbol throughout the Zelda series.
Often linked to ancient wisdom, hidden knowledge, and advanced technology, it appears in various forms – from shrines and towers to the Sheikah Slate itself. Its presence always hints at something deeper, something waiting to be discovered.
Update: 28.07.2025 🛠️
· Added a new 2 mm plate version – it uses less material and prints significantly faster. This will be the standard for future designs.
· Included a print plate for users without AMS – color swap works via layer change, no multi-material setup needed
· The original 3 mm plate remains available for now, but won’t be continued in future releases
The design combines this symbolism with a layered background reminiscent of Sheikah carvings and energy patterns, giving the piece both texture and meaning. In this version, the main body was printed in black, with a gray inlay pattern that emphasizes the lines without overwhelming the overall look. The Sheikah Eye itself was done using gold filament for the engraved parts and blue for the symbol.
The model is designed for a clean, support-free print, and fits into the dock base below for the different versions.
