Description

This 3D-printed mold allows you to cast your own concrete fishing sinkers in two classic shapes: pear-shaped and round. Designed for anglers who want a cost-effective, sustainable, and DIY alternative to traditional lead weights, this mold is easy to use, reusable, and compatible with standard concrete mixes.

The mold comes in two interlocking halves and includes detailed cavities to ensure a consistent shape and weight. There are two distinct variants included – one with a teardrop or pear shape for longer casts, and one more rounded for general-purpose fishing.

💡 You can also scale the model in your slicer to achieve different sinker weights and sizes, depending on your fishing setup and preferences.

How to use:

  1. Apply petroleum jelly (like Vaseline) inside the mold to prevent concrete from sticking.
  2. Clamp the two halves together using rubber bands, binder clips, or zip ties.
  3. Pour in concrete, filling the cavities slowly and tapping to release air bubbles.
  4. When the mix is still soft but beginning to set, insert hooks or loops for attaching to fishing line.
  5. Leave the mold to cure for 12–24 hours, then carefully separate the halves and remove your custom sinkers.

Features:

✔ Two shapes included – pear (teardrop) and round
✔ Double mold layout – cast two at once
✔ Scalable in slicer to create various weight options
✔ Hook slot for attaching to line
✔ Easy to demold and clean
✔ Works with PLA, PETG, and most FDM printers
✔ Eco-friendly and lead-free solution

Whether you're prepping gear for your next fishing trip or just want to make sinkers your way, this mold is an excellent addition to your fishing toolkit!
