BEFORE YOU PRINT V2 UPDATE

If for some reason my adaptive layer heights have not been saved in the file, I have included an illustration showing the best settings I have found to have a clean/smooth print. 

1. Press the adaptive layer button as shown in the picture.
2. Using the left click hold until you get a picture on the lower right showing the desired layer heights.
3. Print and enjoy!
