This 6-inch (120–170mm) clamp leverages PLA’s dimensional accuracy to maintain critical geometry – crucial for large-diameter seals. PETG works but may warp slightly.

Key Upgrades:
✔ Brim + supports now on the "house" part (prevents lifting)
✔ Reinforced band for ductwork vibration resistance
✔ M12 knurled screw (included) or you can use standard metal alternative

  • Never use for:
• Flammable liquids / gases
• High-pressure lines

• Material: PLA strongly recommended (best dimensional stability)
• Settings:

• Brim: Required on "house" part
• Supports: Enabled (for overhangs)

• Speed: ≤100 mm/s (large-part warping prevention)
