Gridfinity 1x1 cylinder cut out - ⌀ 20 to 42mm

Here is a set of 1x1x3 Gridfinity bins with cylindrical cut outs. Cut outs with a diameter of 20mm to 42mm are provided. 

All bins have basic bottoms without magnet holes. The cut outs have a 1mm fillet on the inner edge and 0.5mm on the upper edge. 

For a stable but loose fit I choose a bin with a cut out diameter 1mm larger than the diameter of the object. 

Update: Added more bins - expanded from 26-40mm to 20-42mm. 

Printing

I recommend you print in PLA, which is the only filament I have tested. 

Recommended print settings

These are the print settings is use for all my Gridfinity bins: 

• Layer height and initial layer height: 0.3 
• Use Variable layer heights
• Line width 
  • Initial layer: 0.56
  • All others: 0.5
• Seam position: back
• Wall generator: Arachne
• Bridge flow: 1.5
• Top solid layers: 4
• Sparse infill
  • Density: 10%
  • Pattern: Lightning
