Lighthouse Bird Feeder

V4 is an update on the previous version based on feedback. 

• The landing ring has been raised to be level with the top of the food ring. 
• The food area has been doubled and the drain holes enlarged. 
• The Large roof has been enlarged to cover the expanded food area.

Lighthouse Bird Feeder is 280mm tall when printed and assembled. 

The lighthouse is a single print piece, with three color changes, so could be printed on a non-ams printer, just add some pauses. 

The glass and windows should be printed with some sort of transparent filament, not yellow as colored in the 3mf file. The glass slides into place from the top, if its not fitting, flip it over. The windows are to be pushed into place and are pretty tight if you don't give the top of each window a light sanding once the supports are removed. 

The top, I designed two, the small one is for places your feeder will be undercover and looks much more like a lighthouse roof. The larger one is for out in the elements, to block the rain from getting to the seed tray. There are holes in the bottom of the seed tray for drainage. 

Once glass is inserted and windows installed, fill it up with your favorite seed and screw the top on. Find a good place to hang and enjoy!

Printed in PLA which lasts a few years outdoors in my climate, should print just as good in PETG or other longer lasting outdoor materials if you have more heat/sun to deal with.
