Improved Blade Disc - Sileno City cut width 21cm

This model is an improved and optimized development based on my first version of the Blade disc for 21cm cutting width. 

The model increase the cutting width of a Gardena Sileno City robotic lawnmower from 16cm to 21cm, which corresponds to +31% compared to the original blade disc. It also offers the option of equipping the blade disc with a total of 6 blades instead of just 3. Above all, the new version has a stronger structure in the area of the blade attachments. 

The original blade protection is to small for this blade disc. You have the option to replace the original blade protection with a bigger one, which is also part of this model. To correctly position the new blade protection, the additional bevel should be fitted onto the blade protection, and then both parts can be attached to the robotic lawnmower together with the original screw.

Recommendations for printing:

• To achieve the best durability, reinforced filaments such as PETG-CF, ASA-CF, etc. should be used. PLA is not recommended.
• In the area of the mounting holes I added a manual support structure for better printing.

Assembly instructions:

• For this model, the M5 holes must be fitted with additional heat inserts, recommended parts are M4xD6xL4 or M4xD6xL6. 
• It is also recommended to use a washer with an M4 hole between the blade and the cutting disc.
