A 3D-printable tag designed for MOLLE webbing systems.

Key Features:

Ironing Settings (For Best Results):

• Ironing Type: Top surfaces only
• Ironing Speed: 152 mm/s
• Ironing Flow: 27%
• Ironing Line Spacing: 0.2mm

Note: These settings optimize surface finish for flat text modes.

Flat Printing Note:

For the best surface finish when printing flat text (0mm depth), it’s recommended to orient the tag face-down on the build plate. This allows the text to print directly against the build surface, producing a smoother or textured finish, especially effective when using a textured build plate.

Blank Tag Option:

Set the text content to blank (leave it empty) and export to generate a clean, label-free MOLLE tag. Ideal for writing/sticking your own labels or using as modular inserts.

Remarks:

This is my first parametric OpenSCAD design. The ironing settings above are tuned for Bambu Studio but work on any slicer. I made this after downloading all models from various different sites (shout out to all the OG MOLLE designers). Updates

• 020725 - The hook and tab slot offsets have been increased from 2.0mm to 2.5mm to improve attachment stability. This minor adjustment enhances fit and grip on a wider variety of MOLLE webbing widths, especially for heavier or flexible materials.
