P1S Quick Swap Screwdriver for Hotend & Nozzles

Hi there!

Now with this mod and my other mods combined (the V2 Hotendplugs (which only take 15minutes to print and no extra parts!):

It only takes 1 minute to swap a nozzle, and this can be reliably achieved :)


 

What you need for this:

• 5/64" (2mm) Hex Head Bit, 1/4" Hex Drive
• Two 5mmx8mm magnet, the length (8mm can vary). I recommend strong ones!
• A bit of lubrication Oil for a smooth rotation!
• (Alternativly) 5/32" Hex bits with the H2.0 size
• (Optional) Flat magnet for the underside to store it easily!

Print Settings:

I recommend PETG, but PLA is also fine, just make sure to keep the screwdriver outside of the printer during hot prints if you used PLA :D

Assembly:

Step 1): Loosen the middle parts rotation mechanism and add a bit of oil:

Step 2): Add the magnets, the Screw-Bits in this order and “screw in” all parts




That's it!
