You got 2 options with the same model:

 

1. Super easy: 

   Print the Lure, feed your fishing line trough the lure, tie on 2 treble hooks (size #8) → DONE!

    

2. Easy:

   Print the lure, add 3 screw eyelets, add 2 treble hooks (size #8)→ DONE!
