To ensure the best results and perfect fit for the internal passthrough mechanics, make sure to adjust your slicer settings as follows:

 

👉 Change "X-Y contour compensation" to -0.2 mm
This setting (visible in the second image) helps correct contour shrinkage and ensures everything locks and slides just right.

 

📦 Recommended Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.20 mm
• Material: PETG HF
• No supports needed!
• Resolution: 0.012 mm for those smooth curves
• Enable Arc Fitting for cleaner arcs
