Description

My colleague bought this Banggood Portable Turbo Air Blower. I have to say I was really surprised at how much power such a small thing has.

Unfortunately, even though the entire housing of the product is made on a 3D printer, the manufacturer only puts one tip option with it in the package. So I fired up my trusty onshape and designed more accessories.

I took inspiration from the manufacturer's original design, but used slightly different geometry and also stronger magnets - neodymium disc magnets, size 10 x 5 mm.

Printing takes a little practice, but it's not difficult. In short, I printed the model in one piece, entered a pause at layer number 37 in the slicer (at least I think that's the correct number), glued in the magnet (watch out for the correct pole!) and continued printing.

Everything came out perfectly and my colleague is very happy with the result.
