Bambu 4 in 1 Adapter PTFE Guide

This rather boring looking tool has fixed my 4 in 1 adapter problems!

My problem was that filament would often catch, sometimes quite alarmingly, at the end of 4 in 1 adapter, presumably on the edge of the PTFE tube. This was because not matter how much I tried to force the PTFE tube to be straight before bending into the printer it would eventually end up pushing laterally against the adapter and present an edge to incoming filament.

All the tool does is push fit over the end of the 4 in 1 adapter and force the PTFE tube to come out of the adapter straight but this has fixed the problem completely for me.

Depending on your printer you may need to adjust (In Bambu slicer) the “X-Y hole compensation” value in the “Quality” tab. In my case, using PETG the value I used was 0.05mm which is pre set in the 3MF file. 

You should also enable Tree supports and fill the overhang INSIDE the tool. Again, this is already set up in the 3MF file.
