Base for 100mm F1 Tire

This is a custom 3D-printed display base, designed to showcase any of my 5 100mm Pirelli F1 tire compounds — Soft, Medium, Hard, Intermediate, and Wet — with a sleek carbon fiber-patterned finish.

• Angled display base with engraved lettering for each compound.

• Carbon fiber texture is directly imprinted onto the top surface using a carbon fiber PEI plate. While other plates are acceptable, the carbon fiber plate is ideal.

   

🔥 Special Note – Shaping the Angle:

To achieve the angled plane, the base is printed flat so the carbon fiber texture appears on the entire top surface. After printing, gently bend the thin PLA flap by blowing hot air with a hair dryer. The softened section will naturally fold down and contour to the base.
