Jayo Spool AMS LITE Adapter

I have tried several Jayo spool adapters for AMS Lite but none of them satisfied me.
What I wanted was tight fit and fits like Bambu's.
Others are loose and takes long time to print.

So I created my own adapter.

You can use 0.28mm Extra Draft setting for this with PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS.. 
Never worry about support!
