Utility XL - case

New upper inner tray profile added. Easy to print.

 To assemble you need 4pcs magnets 8x1,5mm and 2pcs filaments for hinges.

There were a lot of questions and a lot of you asked for a bigger case, so we decided to make it.

This is the 3rd case we made and the largest, the XL model
 

The difference from the previous models is that we changed the design of the clips, and the hinges are 0.5mm thicker than the first standard, we think that's a sweet spot.

Also, the inner boxes are larger and are modular. You can remove the partitions, and increase or decrease the inner box according to your needs.

Big advantage is that the inner boxes are compatible with those of the smaller models, which you can see in the last two pictures.

Simple print without support

All parts are completely printed with PLA, only the gasket needs to be printed with TPU in order to close smooth and seal nicely.

To assemble it, you need:

6pcs M3 nuts

2 pcs of screws M3x32mm

3pcs of screws M3x20mm
