Flexalink PTFE Tube Coupler

A simple PTFE tube connector, friction fit, easy connect and disconnect - useful for connecting dry-boxes to your printer and other similar use cases!

 

You simply slide the connector all the way over one tube, bring the tube you want to connect close and slide over it! Holds by the tubes in place by expanding slightly.

 

!!It is suggested to scale the model in the XY direction by 1.7% if you do not use any heat shrinkage compensation to achieve the optimal desired effect!! (You can find said setting in the filament preset while using advanced mode)

 

• Material used is 95A TPU, with other grades of TPU being untested
• Printed with a 0.4 nozzle, suggested to use smaller layer heights (0.10 to 0.20)
• Around 1.75g per piece
