Dieser Mud Guard wurde speziell für die Fanes von Alutech entwickelt – kein Massenprodukt, sondern ein echtes Einzelstück für alle, die ihr Bike genauso ernst nehmen wie den Trail.

Das eingeprägte ALUTECH-Logo ist dezent, aber unverkennbar – ein klares Statement für Stil, Qualität und Markenliebe. Es zeigt: Dieser Mud Guard gehört an ein Bike mit Charakter.

Gefertigt im präzisen FDM-3D-Druckverfahren mit 100 % Infill, bietet der Guard maximale Stabilität – ideal für anspruchsvolle Enduro-Strecken. Die aktuell weiße Farbe ist ein Prototyp – der Mud Guard kann in jeder Farbegedruckt werden, ganz nach deinem Style.

Ein besonderes Feature ist die speziell gewählte FUZZY Skin-Oberfläche: Diese sorgt nicht nur für eine einzigartige Optik und angenehme Haptik, sondern hilft auch, kleinere Kratzer und Gebrauchsspuren optisch zu kaschieren. Wer es lieber clean und glatt mag – es wird auch ein Druckprofil ohne FUZZY Skin geben!

Die Montagelöcher sind funktional positioniert und ermöglichen eine einfache und stabile Befestigung am Rahmen mit Kabelbindern – direkt an der Fanes.

This mud guard was specially developed for fans of Alutech’s Fanes – not a mass-produced item, but a true one-of-a-kind piece for those who take their bike as seriously as they take the trail.

The embossed ALUTECH logo is subtle yet unmistakable – a clear statement of style, quality, and brand loyalty. It shows: this mud guard belongs on a bike with character.

Manufactured using precise FDM 3D printing with 100% infill, the guard offers maximum stability – ideal for demanding enduro trails. The current white color is a prototype – the mud guard can be printed in any color to match your personal style.

A standout feature is the specially chosen FUZZY Skin surface: not only does it provide a unique look and pleasant feel, but it also helps visually hide small scratches and signs of use. Prefer a clean, smooth finish? – A version without FUZZY Skin is also available!

The mounting holes are functionally positioned, allowing for a simple and secure attachment to the frame using zip ties – directly on the Fanes.
