Hotend Nozzle Brush (half size A1 wiper)

There are a lot of hotend brush models here that use the A1 wiper. But using a complete Bambu A1 wiper seemed wasteful and unnecessary to me. So I created a design that uses only half of a Bambu A1 wiper, so you can get two brushes out of one wiper spare part.

Needed Material: Heatbed Nozzle Wiper - A1 (FAW003) - make sure to buy the A1 wiper, not A1 mini wiper!

Assembly: Cut the A1 wiper in half (3x7 squares), remove the protective film and press it onto the recessed area of the brush.

The surface where the rubber A1 wiper is placed is ironed to help the adhesive surface stick well. You can turn that off if you don’t like that.

Only about 8 minutes model printing time (+ preparation time).
