Gridfinity Modular Drawer System

Here’s a modular drawer setup I designed to bring a bit more order to the chaos of the workbench. If you’re getting into Gridfinity, this is a great way to expand your storage with practical, print-friendly parts.

Each unit stacks cleanly with standard Gridfinity modules and prints with minimal supports - perfect for hassle-free batch printing.

Flip-Down Drawers (Print-in-Place!)

Some 2x5 and 4x5 drawers include optional flip-down fronts, which print in place with no assembly required. Ideal for larger items or when you want to see what’s inside at a glance.

Custom Drawer Inserts

Each drawer size includes a few insert options to keep things organised - belts, bits, adapters, tools, or whatever else tends to vanish into the void.

Practical Design Notes:

Minimal supports needed (just a few small areas)

Front pull holes for easy opening

Sturdy enough for regular workshop use

Shown here loaded with sanding belts, connectors, and workshop bits - but the system’s flexible enough to adapt to whatever you need.
