This custom clip was designed to fix a major flaw in the Richelieu spray rack used for painting cabinet doors. The original angled shelves cause doors to slide down and hit the base, risking edge damage—especially when finishing the sides.

This clip snaps securely onto the rack rail and provides a flat, elevated platform wide enough to hold a standard cabinet door bumper. Once installed, the door stays in place, even under vibration or movement.

I designed it in Shapr3D, sliced it with Bambu Studio, and printed it in PETG HF. Tested and confirmed: no more sliding, no more ruined finishes.
