There will be a special surprise for followers of this channel when the project goes live—stay tuned!
This is a lumbar&neck support model based on FDM TPU printing process, under the simple shape is a breathable and supportive crosszag infill structure, you can use the full range of bambulab printers to print without additional support.
💺🪑Usage Scenarios: Neck or lumbar support usage scenarios (during travel: relaxing and comfortable neck or lumbar support on airplanes, high speed trains, long distance travel by car. Office lunch break: as a neck pillow during a short nap or as a lumbar support during long office hours to relieve spinal pressure. (Home relaxation: use it when reading, watching movies, switch the neck pillow or lumbar support mode at will to enhance the sense of comfort).
🧼💦Cleaning and Maintenance: Machine washable, tumble dry (not exceeding 80℃)
When used as a neck cushion, you can choose the right model size according to the neck circumference to achieve the best comfort, the standard profile corresponds to a neck circumference of 37cm, you can calculate the proportion of the model isometric by the following equation:
Isometric proportion = Neck Circumference (cm) ÷ 37 * 100%
Neck Circumference Measurement Steps:
Using the Neck Circumference I measurement method, when measuring, the subject should stand up straight, keep his/her head flat, arms naturally hanging down, and neck relaxed. Place the tape measure horizontally around the thinnest part of the neck, i.e. the upper edge of the seventh cervical vertebrae at the back of the neck (the most protruding point at the back of the neck that can be felt when the head is bowed) and below the throat node.
Refer to the picture:
The following table shows some reference values:
| Neck Circumference (cm) | Equivalent Scaling Ratio |
| 35 | 94.6% |
| 37 | 100% |
| 39 | 105.4% |
For more precise fit (e.g. you have a scanned document of the neck and the upper part of the shoulder or For a more precise fit (e.g. if you have scans of the neck and upper shoulders or precise measurements of the length and width), you can post them in the comments section or send me a private message at
. When used as a lumbar cushion, you may be able to size the model according to the circumference of the waist, but it should be noted that the lumbar support has more to do with the width of the waist than with the thickness of the waist (the distance between the spine and the skin on the surface of the tummy). The uploaded print configurations are for a waist circumference of 94cm (waist) and a waist width of 38cm (waist width), you can adjust them according to your own measurements. Here is the equation related to the waist circumference for calculating the proportion of isometric scaling:
Isometric Scaling = Waist Circumference (cm) ÷ 94*100%
Waist Circumference Measurement Methods:
Encircle the waist with a soft tape measure. Stand up straight and breathe normally. Align the end of the tape measure about 2cm above the navel, and then circle the waist with the tape measure. The ruler should be parallel to the ground and close to the body, but not squeezing the skin.

| Waist (cm) | Equivalent Scaling Ratio |
| 90 | 95.7% |
| 94 | 100% |
| 100 | 106.4% |
Recommended Materials:
- Bambulab TPU 90A (0.4mm nozzle recommended) for a finer surface and silkier feel.
- Bambulab TPU 85A (0.6mm nozzle recommended) for a softer feel
Please refer to the wiki before printing, both materials have excellent breathability, flexibility and support. The model does not require additional support and is scaled to the right print size to fit all bambulab models.
