Makita Drill Bit Set 170 pcs Box Insert

My recent arrived Makita - Tin Coat Flute HSS Drill Bit Set mm - 170pc | D-30564 comes with a very broken plastic box insert. I have quickly produced a replica to fix the issue. The current design includes 2mm embedded text instead of printed labels in the photo. 

I have also included the replacement handle fixing as my ones all fall off. Plastic insert thread required is M4 (OD 7mm) 7mm long.
