poop bin belt conveyor for bambulab p1/x1/p2

Due to lack of space, I was forced to create a belt conveyor to remove poop bins from printers. The conveyor is driven by a 5V motor powered by USB. You can connect the USB either to a smart socket, a phone power supply or directly to the USB socket in the printer.

 

The moving parts of the conveyor are fitted with 15x10x4 bearings for less resistance and wear. The body is connected with M3x4mm and M3x16mm countersunk head screws.

 

The belt conveyor is modular, the length of one module is 24 cm and it is up to you how many you create. For my printer, 3 modules and 73 belt segments were needed. The segments are connected by a piece of filament.

In the near future, I want to try to attach sensors to the conveyor for automatic start.
