Charging Dock for Nintendo Switch 1 Pro Controller

This is a charging dock for the Switch 1 Pro Controller based on the one I created for the Switch 2. If you have a Switch 2, check out the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller Charging Dock.

 

How to set up the charging dock

• Remove the supports from the bottom. It may come out by itself (so satisfying).
• Insert the USB-C cable as far as possible. This was designed for the thicker USB-C cables that come with the Switch 1 and Switch 2 Pro Controller. If the top pass-through is too tight (portion on top that the metal USB-C port will go through, you can take a flat object and make the hole a tiny bit bigger. 
• Flip your Switch 1 Pro Controller upside down and push it down onto the charging dock.

USB-C Cable Holder Insert

The print also includes a USB-C cable holder insert that goes on the bottom of the charging dock. This is to more securely hold the cable in place.
