Description

I built this specifically for my Henredon Murphy Modular sectional. I wanted it to be easy to move different parts around and have them lock together still. I couldn't find anything that would connect to the bottom of the sectional and still be thin enough for the factory included feet. This model is only about 7mm tall, so it is thin enough to fit in extremely tight spaces or under most furniture pieces.

After installed, the locking mechanism simply needs to be pushed into the pins at a pretty straight forward angle. The lock can be released, if installed on the bottom of the couch, by lifting the edge with the triangle pins upwards.

Installation note: The pins and locks need to be installed relatively accurately, the same distance from the front/back of the furniture piece and square with the edges of the furniture pieces, to have a stronger hold. The more square and lined up the two pieces are, the stronger the locking mechanism will keep things together. I predrilled all the holes for installation of the wood screws.

This print requires 1 M5 x 6 mm screw, 1 M5 Nut, and 9 #6 x 5/8" wood screws.
