Filament Clip for Bambu Spool

This model is a simple yet surprisingly perfect filament clip designed for the Bambu Reusable Spool.
It works smoothly with AMS, AMS 2 Pro, and AMS HT without any jamming issues, allowing you to store and organize your filament conveniently.

I recommend lowering the print speed or increasing the nozzle temperature for better interlayer adhesion, and it’s best not to print too many parts at once.

The print profiles include two plate setups: one with a single clip, and the other with 5 clips arranged together.

The model already includes small supports, so no need to add supports in your slicer. Just print and snap them off by hand.

Tested Print Settings

• Filament : Bambu PLA Basic (ABS is a suitable choice if you plan to use a high-temp filament dryer.)
• Flow Dynamics Calibration : On
• Nozzle : 0.4mm
• Layer Height : 0.12mm
• Support : Disabled
• Brim : No. If you’ve just cleaned your build plate thoroughly with dish soap, printing without brim should be fine. Otherwise, it’s better to print with brim for better adhesion.
